During a Seychelles sailing, people will find that there is so much to do and see. Here are the best beaches that people should see during a Seychelles sailing:

Sunset Beach

This beach is on the northwestern coast of Mahé and it can only be reached from the path off the main road. The extremely small beach is lined with palm trees, which look even more amazing as the sun is setting in the sky. This beach is perfect for snorkeling too and it is common to see numerous turtles while under the water.

Anse Major

The secluded beach of Anse Major is located on the northwestern coastline of the island of Mahé. There is a short walking trail that leads to this beach, but there is not much to do besides sit on the sand and listen to the silence that surrounds the area.

Grand Anse (on Praslin)

Grand Anse is on the east coast of Praslin Island and it is very near the airport. This long beach is situated on a large bay that is perfect for both swimming and water sports. The waters are clear at this beach for most of the year except for when the southeastern trade winds bring the seaweed ashore.

Bombe Bay Beach

This beach is on Desroches Island and it can be reached by either walking or riding a bicycle. Swimming is the best at this beach and many people can be seen walking and exploring the stretch of sand at any time of the year.

Anse Victorin

Anse Victorin is on Fregate Island and it has continuously been voted as the best beach in the entire world. The white powdery sand is surrounded by lush and green vegetation as well as granite rocks. Everyone who is doing a Seychelles sailing will love visiting this beach, so that they can swim and snorkel in the translucent waters of the ocean.

Exploring beaches is a necessity during any sailing trip, but especially during a Seychelles sailing. There are so many beaches to choose from and each one offers something unique. Some people on a Seychelles sailing may in fall in love with one, while others will fall in love with a completely different one. It all depends on what a person looks for when they go to the beach.
