In most cases when you hear “Ibiza,” you immediately think of a party holiday, nightclubs, and many celebrated nights. This only reflects one of the many sides of the third largest Balearic Island. Aside from the hottest clubs, bars, and restaurants, you can find numerous idyllic bays with a scenic beauty. On your sailing holidays in Ibiza and Formentera, you will discover the natural and peaceful side of Ibiza and Formentera as you explore white beaches, curving dunes, and the turquoise shallow sea of the Mediterranean.

Sant Antoni De Portmany (San Antonio)

Located along the western coast of Ibiza, San Antonio is the heart of the party culture on the Island and attracts thousands each year. Featuring hotels, restaurants, local bars, and nightclubs, you can begin your sailing holiday in Ibiza and Formentera by exploring what it has to offer before embarking on a sailing holiday where you will enjoy some of the loveliest coves and beaches.

Cala Bassa

CalaBassa offers a tranquil, precious cove that is the ideal stop for your first day of sailing. A beautiful sandy beach is set amongst rocks to both sides with a forest of pines surrounding the beach inviting you to take a long walk or a deserved siesta in the shade. The transparent, tranquil, and shallow water is ideal for aquatic sports. There are a few bars and restaurants located along the beach that are worth checking out. While here, you can check out CalaConta or CalaCompte each of which offering something a bit unique depending on your needs.

Cala Tarida

The widest and longest beach on this part of the island, CalaTaridahas clear and shallow water perfect for swimming or if you prefer, there is also deeper water with more waves. A local favorite is CalaVedella, which is surrounded by hills covered with pine forests ideal to take a walk. You can also travel to CalaD’hort, a beautiful, narrow sandy beach leading to the mysterious island EsVedra. There are some bars and restaurants you can also explore while you are here, or you can venture into the natural setting away from the busier hot spots.

Cala Jondal

CalaJondal is a great place to continue your sailing holiday in Ibiza and Formentera. You can stay on the beach and enjoy cocktails, mojitos, or caipiriñas from one of the refreshment stands located on the beach. You can also enjoy the music on a sun bed at the edge of the beach, watch a parade of good-looking people around sunset, and just enjoy what the island has to offer.

Formentera: Espalmador

Accessible only from the sea, Espalmador offers a unique, tranquil experience with its stunningly white beach with a pink hue. Offering offshore coral reefsto explore or onshore a natural therapeutic mud spring, Espalmador offers a variety of places to visit before you leave.

Las Salinas, Ibiza

Town of Ibiza

Before finishing up your sailing holiday in Ibiza and Formentera, the town of Ibiza, also known as Vila d’Eivissa to the locals, is located on a seaside hill and is reputable for the impressive fortifications. Offering a unique and colorful ambience with its numerous shops and restaurants, you can buy souvenirs and the latest fashion items before returning to San Antonio to conclude your sailing holiday.

We have two departure ports. One from Ibiza the other from Mallorca.
Please check which port your yacht is leaving and returning from.

Early booking recommended

It is recommend to book as soon as possible, like at least 4-5 months in advance. It’s high season, once the yachts are full, they are full and no space will be available.
